The K Hotel Kensington is a privately-owned hotel with 138 en suite bedrooms plus restaurant. There
are two accessible en-suite room on the ground floor. This is accessible by wheelchair. The remaining
rooms are only accessible by stairs and lifts.

located approx. 5 minutes’ walk from the Hotel on the Cromwell Road.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
There are no private Car Park located around the Hotel free of charge to guests. But you can pay to park
using the council parking meters or by phone.
The hotel entrance and the front door can easily be reached with a wheelchair. The front entrance has
steps. Wheelchairs do not have a problem accessing this area. We offer assistance with luggage if
Main Entrance & Reception
The front door leads to Reception. The Reception is on the Ground Floor, as is the Restaurant.
Our corridors are well lit and carpeted. The Restaurant are accessible on one level. There are WC’s on the
ground floor near the restaurant. The fire alarm system is an electronic sounder and led beacon.
Assistance will be given if evacuation is necessary.
Moveable seating throughout. All chairs are without arms in the restaurant. Background Music in the
Restaurant. Full waiter/waitress service is provided. Well-lit & airy Restaurant. Wi-Fi access is available

It has grab rails in the toilet. The shower is in a wet room which is accessible by wheelchair.
As an independent Hotel, we are committed to providing a high level of customer service. we fully intend

wheelchair accessible as possible.
